Arabic-Speaking Project Manager – International Trade

About the role

Operate Talent is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Project Manager to serve as the Country Representative for trade operations linking Latin America (Brazil, Chile, Paraguay) with Lebanon. The role focuses on the end‑to‑end management of sourcing, logistics, and delivery of power‑generating machinery, ensuring smooth coordination across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee international trade projects involving power‑generating equipment.
• Coordinate sourcing, transportation, and final delivery between Latin America and Lebanon.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the designated country, maintaining relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Operate Talent’s internal policies.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management within international trade, logistics, or a related field.
• Exposure to power‑generating machinery or industrial equipment is a strong advantage.
• Experience working across Latin American and Middle Eastern markets is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Professional proficiency in Arabic (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Portuguese
• Good command of English (advantage)
