About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect of Works to ensure exceptional construction quality on luxury hospitality and high‑end villa projects in Ceará. The professional will act as the guardian of design intent, guaranteeing that all architectural works, finishes, and details meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of architectural works and finishes during construction.
• Verify workmanship quality against project specifications, approved materials, mock‑ups, and design intent.
• Ensure execution complies with luxury hospitality standards and construction tolerances.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and non‑conformities in completed works.
• Coordinate corrective actions with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Resolve site‑related architectural and technical issues proactively.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and site documentation.
• Monitor progress, support project delivery schedules, and prepare quality reports.
• Assist with final inspections, snagging, and handover processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years on‑site construction.
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, resort, branded residence, or high‑end villa projects.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Ceará and work full‑time on‑site.
