About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Auxiliar de Classe to support students and teachers at our bilingual school. The role focuses on assisting with individualized learning plans, ensuring a supportive classroom environment, and promoting student wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized support plans for students.
• Provide classroom and activity‑time support to students.
• Monitor and document student progress regularly.
• Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt instructional materials.
• Support students with special educational needs during lessons and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Excellent patience and capacity to work with diverse student needs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Experience in learning support, preferably in an educational setting.
• Relevant certification or degree in Education, Pedagogy or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
