B2B Sales Trainer (English & Portuguese) – Brazil

About the role

We are seeking a B2B Sales Trainer fluent in English and Portuguese to join our high‑performing sales organization in Brazil. You will design and deliver training programs, coach sales professionals, and partner with stakeholders to boost sales effectiveness and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging onboarding, sales, and skills‑based training for new and existing employees.
• Coach sales representatives to improve performance, productivity, and customer experience.
• Analyze performance data, customer insights, and business trends to identify learning opportunities.
• Design, develop, and facilitate training content tailored to business and client needs.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic sales initiatives.
• Measure training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Support sales teams in achieving operational goals, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and professional development.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, sales, or customer service.
• Advanced English and Portuguese communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.
• Background in high‑volume sales, customer‑facing, or contact‑center environments.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
