Backoffice Analyst – Supply Chain (PL)

About the role

As a Backoffice Analyst (PL) at Bosch, you will support the supply chain by planning purchases, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth order flow for finished goods destined for resale. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accurate records, monitor performance, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan the purchase and supply of finished goods for resale.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to meet operational demand.
• Process purchase orders and monitor supplier performance for timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory transaction records in SAP.
• Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Resolve order discrepancies and expedite shipments with suppliers and internal departments.
• Perform data entry and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Support after‑sales operations by tracking product returns and warranty claims.
• Prepare performance metrics and dashboards to track key supply chain indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience using SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with international order flow processes.
