Business Development Manager – Asian Culinary Supply (São Paulo)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager based in São Paulo to lead the exploration of new business models and drive the growth of Asian culinary merchants on our food‑delivery platform. The role combines innovative testing of AI‑powered solutions with hands‑on acquisition and partnership building for Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Vietnamese restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Test, launch and iterate new food‑delivery and local‑service models in Brazil, incorporating AI where applicable.
• Validate business‑development hypotheses with merchants and collect performance data to refine AI‑driven sales strategies and pricing.
• Own end‑to‑end acquisition, onboarding and growth of Asian cuisine restaurants across Greater São Paulo.
• Design and execute tailored growth plans (menu optimization, hero product creation, delivery zone adjustments, new store incubation) to increase order volume and retention.
• Build strategic partnerships with local Chinese restaurant associations and Asian business chambers to secure a sustainable supply advantage.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in food delivery, e‑commerce or local services.
• Strong knowledge of the São Paulo restaurant ecosystem, especially Asian cuisine operators.
• Based in São Paulo or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Fluency in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Fluency in Portuguese (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Proficiency in English.
