About the role
Khan Academy Brazil is looking for a Business Development Manager focused on Government Growth. The role will expand Khan Academy’s reach in Brazilian public education by building strategic partnerships with school districts and navigating public procurement processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and scale partnership models with public districts, aligning Khan Academy’s pedagogical, technological, and financial value proposition with district priorities.
- Leverage existing partnership case studies to create evidence‑based narratives for new district engagements.
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities with public school districts.
- Lead end‑to‑end bid processes, including RFP analysis, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Conduct strategic conversations with education leaders and dive into implementation details to ensure successful roll‑outs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or partnership strategy within the public education sector.
- Strong understanding of public procurement, RFP processes, and project management.
- Ability to communicate complex value propositions to senior education officials.
