About the role
The Business Development Manager for Marken, the UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics subsidiary, will expand the company’s presence across the LATAM region. You will drive new sales, nurture existing client relationships, and act as the primary liaison between customers and internal project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts and territory.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and develop account strategies.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams to ensure end‑to‑end customer satisfaction.
- Manage quote requests, special client requests, and track win/loss ratios.
- Monitor client pipelines and report progress to senior management.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and share insights with marketing and leadership.
- Support audits, site visits, and address quality complaints.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within healthcare or logistics.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to develop account strategies.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
