Business Development Manager – Travel Sales

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive B2B growth for RezLive.com by promoting travel services to travel agents and building strategic partnerships. You will act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to use the platform effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Cover the B2B market and generate branding and product positioning for RezLive.com.
• Create new business opportunities and affiliations.
• Provide client training and ongoing support to existing travel agents.
• Develop new sales leads and convert them into active customers.
• Sell travel‑related services to travel agents and follow up on quotes and inquiries.
• Maintain relationships with current clients while acquiring new ones.
• Coordinate with the operations team to meet pre‑sales requirements.

Required profile

• 2 to 6 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in outbound travel agencies.
• Strong command of English and the local language.
• Good knowledge of local travel trade, destinations, agents and hotels.
• Experience selling outbound travel destinations.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office, email and internet usage.
• IATA certification is a plus.
