Business Head – Brazil

About the role

Aurassure, an AI‑driven climate‑tech company, is expanding its footprint in Brazil and needs a visionary Business Head to lead growth across the Americas. You will own the Brazil operation, shape market strategy, and build a high‑performing team while positioning the company for future expansion into the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Aurassure Brazil with full P&L responsibility.
• Drive direct sales and business development, securing enterprise and government contracts.
• Execute a robust go‑to‑market strategy to increase market share in the $6B+ climate‑tech sector.
• Forge strategic partnerships with public and private stakeholders.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a local high‑performance team.
• Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency.
• Maintain clear communication with global headquarters and align on strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 15‑20 years of professional experience, with 5‑10 years in senior leadership (CXO/VP/GM) roles.
• Proven track record building and scaling startups or business units, preferably in climate, AI, or technology sectors.
• Ex‑founder experience is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen across operations, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel and eventually relocate to the US as the business evolves.
