Business Operations Manager – Starlink Brazil Growth

About the role

The Business Operations Manager will drive subscriber and revenue growth for Starlink in Brazil by combining data analytics, strategic planning, and cross‑functional execution. This role supports SpaceX leadership with insights and decision‑making to improve key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and improve KPIs such as active subscribers, churn, sales, production, inventory, net promoter score, customer lifetime value, cost per unit, revenue, operating expenses and CAPEX.
• Lead onboarding of new commercial channels, providing tools, analysis and insights to maximize performance.
• Analyze market pricing dynamics and elasticity to inform timely decisions.
• Identify, develop, track and execute business initiatives that enhance SpaceX’s outlook.
• Facilitate modeling and decision‑making for program development, ramp‑up and sunset plans, including forecasting supply and demand for Brazil.
• Enable and accelerate go‑to‑market execution after licensing and certification.
• Proactively grow the subscriber base to meet targets and report progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, mathematics or economics.
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, product management, operations, FP&A, banking, engineering or entrepreneurship.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Excel or programming.
• 6+ years of experience in the above fields (preferred).
• Evidence of exceptional ability in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to read and interpret income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Proven success driving tangible impact within a larger organization.
