Business Tax Consultant – Brazil

About the role

We are looking for a Business Tax Consultant to join our team in Guarulhos. The professional will provide strategic tax advisory and ensure compliance with Brazilian tax reforms, working closely with internal business units. The role demands a proactive approach to tax planning and continuous monitoring of legislative changes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategic tax advice aligned with Brazilian tax laws, reforms and regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support tax‑related decisions and operations.
• Interpret and implement tax procedures, ensuring accurate application across the organization.
• Prepare and review tax documentation, support auditing processes and fulfill reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of Brazil’s tax reforms and regulations.
• Proven ability to work directly with business teams and influence outcomes.
• Fluent Portuguese (mandatory) and available to work onsite at least three days per week.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite (Oracle EBS) or similar ERP systems.
