Business Unit Director – Services

About the role

We are seeking a Business Unit Director – Services to lead the strategic and operational management of our Services business unit, reporting directly to the CEO. The role carries full P&L responsibility and will drive growth, market expansion and profitability from our São Paulo office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational direction of the unit, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
• Own full P&L accountability, managing budget, controlling costs and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Define and execute growth plans, market expansion initiatives and competitive positioning.
• Develop and deepen relationships with strategic clients, identifying opportunities for new business and service portfolio expansion.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and metrics, anticipate risks, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, develop and engage high‑performance teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and results‑orientation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of executive leadership experience in the B2B services sector.
• Strong strategic and commercial vision combined with deep operational and business management knowledge.
• Proven track record of sustainable growth, regional expansion, new market development and business‑unit structuring.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or postgraduate degree from a top‑tier institution.
• Fluent English (essential) and availability to work on‑site in São Paulo.
