Client Support Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Support Intern to join our LexisNexis Legal & Professional team in São Paulo. This hybrid internship lasts up to two years and offers the chance to work closely with the Account Team, supporting the customer journey and ensuring a high‑quality experience for our legal‑tech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and manage escalations.
• Understand each client’s product portfolio, setup and service expectations.
• Coordinate with internal Customer Operations teams to deliver ongoing support.
• Align customer‑success activities with client and company goals.
• Assist the account team with billing, invoicing, ID requests, sales or training support, renewals, contract assistance and advocacy.
• Monitor customer usage, adoption and provide insights.
• Support Relationship Managers with demos, presentations and account planning.
• Map contacts across accounts and engage new stakeholders to drive expansion.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business or a related field, with at least two years remaining until graduation.
• Strong communication, consultative and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks and complex situations.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive, analytical and strategic thinker adaptable to diverse client needs.
• Advanced English proficiency.
