Commerce Account Manager – Home & Living

About the role

Join TikTok's fast‑growing commerce team in Brazil as a Commerce Account Manager focused on the Home & Living (hardline) category. You will work directly with top local partners to expand their presence on TikTok, leveraging the platform’s creator ecosystem and data insights to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and manage leading Brazilian business partners for the hardline category.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, negotiate deals, and secure optimal campaign terms.
• Help partners increase exposure by collaborating with creators or developing their own content.
• Identify new collaborative opportunities aligned with partners’ short‑term and long‑term goals.
• Monitor service quality metrics such as cancellation rates, returns, and reviews to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Analyze data to uncover pain points, define business requirements, and prioritize solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in partner, category, or agency management, preferably in consumables or hardline goods.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a proven track record in a client‑facing role.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; comfortable working cross‑functionally in a global environment.
