Commercial Manager – Arcoverde & Caruaru

About the role

Acciona, a global leader in regenerative infrastructure, is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead its sanitation project in the municipalities of Arcoverde and Caruaru, Pernambuco. The role combines technical leadership, client relationship management, and operational oversight to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field teams, assigning daily activities and guiding performance.
• Collect client information, prepare reports and performance indicators, and manage billing, collection, and negotiation with delinquent accounts.
• Identify material and human resource needs, make timely decisions, and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Promote team development through goal setting, training, performance evaluations, and resource planning.
• Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management and propose continuous improvements.
• Handle administrative documentation in compliance with company policies and compliance standards.
• Participate in meetings with team members, immediate supervisors, and area managers, fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Management Processes or related fields.
• Technical or specialized training in Operations Management, Sanitation or Service Management is desirable.
• Proven experience in commercial activities, customer service, billing, collection, meter reading, or cadastral management.
• Experience coordinating operational teams or managing service contracts.

• Hydrometry (meter reading and measurement).
