Community Lead

About the role

As a Community Lead at WeWork, you will be the primary point of contact for members in a specific building, ensuring a high‑quality experience that aligns with global standards. You will foster connections, curate events, and act as the liaison between members and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly check‑ins with owned accounts to maximize membership value.
• Anticipate and address member and guest needs proactively.
• Follow up in person on negative feedback captured in Medallia and resolve issues according to severity.
• Support front‑desk coverage and ensure consistent onsite presence during business hours.
• Lead pre‑move‑in meetings, new member orientation, and create onboarding materials.
• Conduct move‑out interviews to gather insights for continuous improvement.
• Provide feedback on programming, evaluate event attendance and satisfaction, and adjust the event calendar accordingly.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building community.
• Ability to manage multiple member accounts and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Required skills

• Experience using Medallia or similar member experience platforms.
