Coordinator, Retail Training & Communications

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Coordinator of Retail Training & Communications to enhance employee and consumer experiences across its Brazilian store and franchise network. The role will design and deliver training, communication and engagement programs that empower store teams to provide outstanding customer service while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute retail training and communication strategies, including onboarding, product education and sales capability development.
• Manage and optimise learning and communication platforms, ensuring content governance, user engagement and reporting.
• Drive Retail Excellence initiatives such as customer experience programs, recognition, mystery shopping and incentive schemes.
• Coordinate national retail events, leadership meetings and franchise engagement forums with cross‑functional and global partners.
• Analyse engagement, training and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in training, retail operations, learning & development, internal communications or retail excellence.
• Proven track record designing and deploying training and engagement programmes for multi‑site retail environments.
• Experience managing LMS or digital learning tools.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English and ability to work with regional and global teams.
