Country Manager / Regional Manager

About the role

This senior position is responsible for driving commercial growth and market expansion across multiple international regions, including LATAM, Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. Based in Brazil and working fully remote, you will shape go‑to‑market strategies for the FX and CFD trading business while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase revenue and profitability across assigned countries.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and standards.
• Maintain full compliance with local regulatory frameworks and foster relationships with authorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop local teams to achieve high‑performance targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of sales and business development experience in FX/CFDs or broader financial trading.
• At least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role with operational responsibility.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, regulatory environments and regional dynamics.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, sales leadership and operational management.
