Customer Success Manager – Consumer Product Testing Platform

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, tech‑enabled testing lab that provides rapid, ISO‑accredited results for consumer product brands. As the first dedicated Customer Success Manager for the Transparency Suite, you will own the end‑to‑end relationship with each brand from onboarding through ongoing expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an 11‑star onboarding experience, handling product setup, website integration, data intake and first results with meticulous care.
• Maintain warm relationships, conduct regular check‑ins, and proactively surface client needs to keep churn low.
• Guide clients through software migrations and roll out new Transparency tools such as marketplace images, co‑branded ads, landing pages, and QR codes.
• Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights to the product team and influencing the roadmap.
• Run weekly account‑health reports, track migration status, churn signals and expansion opportunities for leadership.
• Automate repetitive tasks with AI tools, create SOPs, and eventually mentor a growing team of Client Success Managers.

Required profile

• Proven customer‑facing experience in success, account management or hands‑on service, with a track record of happy clients.
• Charismatic communication on camera and in writing, able to build rapport quickly.
• Obsessive attention to detail and a startup mindset—self‑starter who fills gaps without waiting for direction.
• AI‑native: daily use of AI tools, comfortable building workflows and automations (e.g., Claude).
• Rapid, clear responsiveness over email and Slack.
• Strong written and spoken English for daily collaboration with a US‑based team.
• Genuine passion for increasing transparency in the food system.
