About the role
The Customer Success Manager for NGSS Aster will lead the deployment and ongoing performance of the Aster organizational‑design platform for Bain’s consulting teams and external clients. Based in the new São Paulo hub, you will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers and analytics experts to ensure successful adoption and measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full implementation lifecycle for assigned case teams and clients, from kickoff to post‑deployment support.
- Develop and execute structured project plans, coordinating cross‑functional dependencies across product, engineering and consulting stakeholders.
- Maintain proactive, high‑quality communication with client and internal leadership, tracking adoption metrics and success criteria.
- Identify and diagnose risks early, driving resolution without escalation to keep timelines on track.
- Monitor platform performance and case‑outcome impact, intervening when engagement momentum stalls.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of independence and ownership.
- Strong stakeholder‑management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams around common goals.
- Excellent problem‑solving and judgment skills to keep deployments on schedule.
- Experience delivering technology‑enabled solutions in a consulting or professional‑services environment.
