Cyber Security Analyst – Incident Response

About the role

Landis+Gyr is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to strengthen its incident response capabilities across on‑premise and cloud environments. The analyst will work with global stakeholders to investigate security events, drive remediation, and improve the company’s security processes.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate cyber security incidents in both on‑premise and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) environments and coordinate remediation actions.
• Track remediation progress, ensure timely closure, and escalate when necessary.
• Recommend and implement preventive measures to reduce repeat incidents globally.
• Enhance the incident response process, create and maintain runbooks and workflows in the security incident tracking tool.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards for management, CISO, and security teams.
• Provide on‑call support for critical‑severity security incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of broad cyber security experience, including at least 2 years in incident response.
• Strong command of English for communication with global stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow SecOps module administrator.
