Cybersecurity Lead – IT/OT (Sao Paulo)

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead specialized in both IT and Operational Technology (OT) to strengthen its service portfolio in the Brazilian market. The role will combine strategic planning, service design and client advisory to deliver robust security solutions across enterprise and critical infrastructure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate Infosys global cybersecurity offerings for IT and OT and identify services suitable for Brazil.
• Collaborate with global practices and service owners to localize and position cybersecurity services.
• Maintain relationships with strategic technology partners and cybersecurity vendors.
• Support business development and pre‑sales activities, including opportunity qualification, solution design, effort estimation and proposal development.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on infrastructure, network and cybersecurity matters for IT and OT environments.
• Define and evolve service delivery models, governance structures and operational processes for cybersecurity and infrastructure offerings.
• Contribute to the creation of shared service capabilities and drive standardisation of cybersecurity services.
• Monitor emerging trends and technologies to continuously enhance the cybersecurity portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure, IT/OT network services and cybersecurity domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise environments including data centre, cloud, end‑user computing, network services and security operations.
• Hands‑on experience with OT environments and security principles for critical infrastructure.
• Experience designing cybersecurity architectures, reference architectures and security‑by‑design approaches for both IT and OT.
• Familiarity with major cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC 62443 and CIS Controls.
• Background in supporting pre‑sales activities and translating business requirements into service offerings.
