Data Program Manager

About the role

FBS (Farmer Business Services), part of Farmers' operations, is looking for a Technical Program Manager specializing in Data & Analytics. The role bridges business strategy and technical execution, overseeing medium to large-scale data initiatives, aligning cross-functional engineering teams and delivering data infrastructure that powers actionable insights. Capgemini acts as Employer of Record, handling local payroll and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data infrastructure for all major modeling projects and requirements for future data and analytics improvements
• Lead special data and analytical projects as assigned, negotiating priorities with IT and BI resources
• Represent analytic interests for new data mining tools and train other team members
• Develop and manage business certification of analytic-related data projects
• Manage direct reports and act as a data/code trainer for the department
• Manage nearshore and offshore teams
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a relevant role
• Hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or equivalent software experience
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Clear understanding of data processes such as ETL/ELT

Required skills

• Programming languages such as Python and SQL
• ETL and orchestration background
