About the role
We are seeking a Development Manager to lead Taco Bell’s franchise growth across Brazil. In this senior position you will shape the market strategy, build a pipeline of new restaurant locations and partner with existing and prospective franchisees to expand our footprint.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end franchise development process in Brazil, from market planning to site selection and construction.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy that maximises new‑unit openings (NNU) through existing and new multi‑unit franchise partners.
- Identify, recruit and onboard new 3C franchisees, negotiating development agreements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (real estate, design, operations, finance) to optimise the Taco Bell business model for franchisees.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective restaurant sites, forecast opening timelines and assess associated risks.
- Provide consulting support to franchisees on site sourcing, permitting, design and construction.
- Establish strategic partnerships with brokers, developers, architects and construction firms to accelerate growth.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, real estate, finance, development or related fields.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
- Strong influencing, relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Excellent planning, financial management and organisational strategy capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a go‑for‑breakthrough attitude.
