Director of Delivery – Brazil

About the role

The Director of Delivery will lead delivery excellence for complex client engagements across data and AI-driven transformation projects in Brazil. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as the senior escalation point, ensuring projects are executed successfully while building lasting client trust and identifying expansion opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery leadership for a portfolio of strategic accounts, managing quality, scope, timeline, resources and financial performance.
• Serve as the senior client‑facing delivery leader, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Act as escalation point for delivery risks and client issues, providing structured problem‑solving and timely resolution.
• Maintain visibility into engagement health, margin performance and operational risks.
• Coach and develop delivery practitioners, enhancing client management and communication skills.
• Partner with growth and sales leadership to identify expansion opportunities based on delivery outcomes.
• Drive consistency in delivery standards and share best practices across engagements.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to align delivery plans with technical feasibility and scalability.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, client services or delivery management, with ownership of multiple accounts and executive‑level client relationships.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements with accountability for outcomes, margins and delivery success.
• Strong client‑management instincts and ability to navigate difficult conversations.
• Experience developing and mentoring high‑performing delivery or project‑management teams in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
• Solid commercial acumen, including revenue forecasting, margin management and professional services economics.
