Engineering Internship - Process Management

About the role

Join our engineering team in Itajubá as an intern focused on process management. You will support operational planning, help streamline order flow, and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects while gaining hands‑on experience in a leading aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update spreadsheets to support operational planning and KPI monitoring.
• Track order flow and assist in coordinating the supply of finished products across departments.
• Participate in the design and execution of process‑optimization projects, including Value Stream Mapping.
• Support continuous‑improvement and automation initiatives and provide direct assistance to production teams.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Availability for a 30‑hour‑per‑week on‑site internship for at least two years.
• Internal candidates must adhere to the company’s internal policy.
