English Language Trainer for Child – São Caetano do Sul

About the role

Executive Language Training (ELT) is looking for a qualified English Language Trainer to deliver an in‑person program for an 8‑year‑old child in São Caetano do Sul. The role involves 60 hours of instruction, focused on building social communication skills and preparing the child for schooling in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 60 minutes of English lessons twice a week, totaling 60 hours.
• Design and adapt lesson plans to the child’s basic English level and learning objectives.
• Focus on conversational practice, vocabulary expansion, and school‑readiness topics.
• Maintain a supportive and engaging learning environment at the participant’s home.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching English to non‑native speakers, preferably children.
• Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and effective pedagogical methods.
