English‑Only Remote Recruiter (US Commission)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑only, remote Sourcer to support our US legal recruiting business. The candidate will work from Brazil, creating and managing hiring campaigns, building pipelines and assisting recruiters throughout the interview process.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and manage hiring campaigns on LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and Bullhorn.
• Conduct cold‑calling and outreach to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Format and polish candidate resumes according to company templates.
• Prescreen candidates to assess fit for open legal positions.
• Handle 1‑3 open positions simultaneously across different markets.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters during interview stages.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with advanced reading and writing skills.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication abilities.

Required skills

• Experience using LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo.
• Proficiency with Bullhorn ATS.
