About the role

Plona Partners is seeking an English‑speaking Recruiter (US Commission) to work remotely from Brazil. The role focuses on sourcing and supporting legal talent for US‑based placements, reporting to the Sourcer Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage hiring campaigns on LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and Bullhorn.
• Conduct cold‑calling to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Format candidate resumes to match company templates.
• Prescreen applicants to assess fit for open legal positions.
• Handle 1‑3 open positions simultaneously across diverse markets.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters throughout the interview process.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English (reading and writing).
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written communication skills.

Required skills

• LinkedIn recruiting tools.
• ZoomInfo.
• Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
