About the role

Helibras, an Airbus subsidiary and the only helicopter manufacturer in Latin America, is looking for a Human Resources Intern to support its HR Business Partner in São Paulo. The internship offers exposure to recruitment, payroll, compensation and employee development processes within a dynamic aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR Business Partner in coordinating with Recruitment & Selection, Payroll, and Compensation teams to meet internal client needs.
• Support the organization and monitoring of Performance Evaluation, Calibration, and Development Plan (PDI) cycles.
• Help process and review promotions, transfers, merit increases, and termination procedures for the serviced departments.
• Monitor the onboarding journey of new hires to ensure a positive integration experience.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Available for a 30‑hour‑per‑week on‑site internship in São Paulo for a minimum of two years.
