Event Experiences Marketing Manager - FIFA Trophy Tour

About the role

The Event Experiences Marketing Manager will lead the planning, marketing and delivery of the Host Country phase of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 Trophy Tour across Brazil. This role ensures a cohesive, high‑impact execution that aligns with FIFA’s global standards while showcasing Brazil’s host cities as vibrant destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Host Country Trophy Tour strategy and marketing approach for all Brazilian host cities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for eight host cities, coordinating timelines, planning and delivery expectations.
• Manage relationships with local authorities, agencies and key stakeholders, representing FIFA in‑market.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination with FIFA internal teams (Operations, Legends, Digital, Communications, Brand, Partnerships, Media).
• Ensure alignment with the global project team in Zurich, proactively managing dependencies and decision‑making.
• Support the global leg of the Trophy Tour when required, maintaining continuity between international and host‑country phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event or experiential marketing, preferably within large‑scale sports initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate multiple parties across different locations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese proficiency is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
