Executive Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for Sezzle, a fast‑growing fintech company. In this fully remote role you will partner with leadership to source, assess and place C‑suite and board members across Banking, FinTech and Technology sectors in Latin America and worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle executive searches for C‑suite positions (CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, CRO, CISO, etc.) and board appointments.
• Develop and execute customized search strategies using market intelligence and a professional network.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarking, organizational design and succession planning.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high‑caliber executive and board candidates within the target ecosystems.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with passive candidates and industry leaders across Latin America and global markets.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, leadership assessments and reference checks.
• Present comprehensive candidate profiles and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes and talent movements to inform search strategies.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies, local labor regulations and DEI best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading senior‑level executive searches, preferably in Banking, FinTech or Technology.
• Strong strategic partnership skills with senior leadership and board members.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
