Field Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Field Service Manager to lead and develop our Field Service organization in São Paulo, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a strong QHSE culture across the Field Service organization.
• Lead, coach and develop Field Service Engineers, managing training and succession planning.
• Manage the Field Service cost centre, including budget, forecasts and financial performance.
• Monitor performance against targets and implement actions to achieve business objectives.
• Support proactive service sales activities and ensure efficient execution of service jobs.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, digitalisation and innovative technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Management, Field Service Operations or Industrial Services.
• Proven leadership of technical service teams and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Strong customer focus with ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.
• Experience in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Engineering background (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent).
• Service Management and field service operations expertise.
• Budget and financial performance management.
• KPI definition, monitoring and improvement.
