Finance Manager – Plant Controller

About the role

Kenvue is seeking a Finance Manager – Plant Controller to lead financial governance at its São José dos Campos manufacturing plant. The role blends strategic business partnering with rigorous financial control to drive operational performance and support critical decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting process and performance tracking for the plant, covering workforce planning, discretionary spending, and projects.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, delivering insights and data to improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize Power BI, SAP ERP, and OneStream for accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Participate in leadership meetings, presenting financial performance and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Foster collaboration with cross‑functional teams and maintain a strong internal control environment.
• Provide guidance and training on financial controls and best practices.
• Drive talent development, engagement, and adaptability within the finance function.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operational experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Advanced/Fluent English required; Spanish a plus.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders with data‑driven insights.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, complex environments.
