About the role

We are seeking a senior finance leader who blends strong business partnering and strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach to execution. The Finance Manager will lead a lean finance organization, work closely with business units and outsourced providers, and maintain full accountability for all financial governance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a streamlined finance team while coordinating with external service providers.
• Own end‑to‑end financial reporting, accounting, tax, audit, internal controls, and compliance.
• Drive strategic financial planning and provide insightful business partnership across the organization.
• Ensure robust financial governance and uphold high standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance.
