Financial Analyst – FP&A

About the role

This position supports strategic decision‑making by delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting and financial insights. Based in Brazil, you will work in a data‑driven environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive operational and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts to support planning and decision‑making.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, ensuring accurate accruals and reporting.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances and provide actionable insights on cost drivers and business trends.
• Maintain and update financial models, dashboards and databases for performance tracking.
• Identify savings opportunities and efficiency improvements through cost analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting and business optimisation.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Solid experience in FP&A, reporting or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical ability and business‑insight orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and databases.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and month‑end close processes.
