Flight Support Engineer – Night Shift (Brazil)

About the role

Pyka is seeking a Flight Support Engineer to join its Brazil team and support the development and commercial deployment of autonomous electric aircraft. After a four‑week training period, you will split your time between the office and customer sites, working night shifts (9 pm – 5 am BRT) to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations across Brazil to support flight testing, customer success, and product deployment.
• Act as Pilot‑in‑Command or Ground‑Control Operator for experimental or developmental unmanned aircraft.
• Lead or participate in ground and flight test events as Test Conductor or Test Crew member.
• Standardize aircraft ground and flight procedures and provide instructional support.
• Gather operational feedback to inform product evolution.

Required profile

• Technical background with strong knowledge of flight operations, preferably with manned aircraft or UAVs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work night shifts and travel frequently within Brazil.
• Ability to complete a four‑week intensive training program.
