FP&A Analyst

About the role

ARVORE, a startup creating immersive virtual reality content, is looking for a technically adept and creative FP&A Analyst. The role will support decision‑making and long‑term strategy by driving financial planning, budgeting, and analysis across the company’s creative production pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Finance, Legal & Tax (FLT) representative and budget guardian throughout the creative production process.
• Build and maintain innovative financial planning tools, processes, and capabilities.
• Provide timely budgets and cost reports, manage accounting allocations, expense reconciliations, and conduct actual‑vs‑budget analysis.
• Analyze revenue, costs, working capital, and all events impacting the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Develop and implement solutions to maintain effective finance control in a high‑growth environment.
• Produce ad‑hoc financial reports as needed.

Required profile

• Graduation in a STEM field, administration, economics, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Passion for finance and technology, with interest in games, movies, TV, art, animation, or electronics.
• Fluent English; overseas experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and build financial models.
• Self‑starter attitude, intellectual curiosity, and strong accountability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Apps for Work).
• Experience using Slack and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• VBA programming for Excel automation.
• SQL knowledge and/or data‑science related coding skills.
