Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a senior, backend‑oriented Full‑Stack Engineer to design and build secure, internal systems for a fast‑growing healthcare company. You will work closely with product and operations teams to translate business needs into reliable backend workflows and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of greenfield backend services for EHR, payment/billing, workflow automation, professional matching, and operational dashboards.
• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand requirements and ask the right questions.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust third‑party API integrations.
• Build simple internal dashboards using React.
• Collaborate closely with product, ops, and engineering peers to ensure a solid technical foundation for future growth.

Required profile

• Senior‑level judgment on architecture, data flows, error handling, and maintainability.
• Strong product collaboration and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a small, early‑stage environment.
• Experience translating business rules into reliable backend workflows.

Required skills

• TypeScript
• AWS (including serverless and Lambda)

• Familiarity with AI tools to support planning, implementation, code review, testing, and documentation
