Fullstack Engineer Tech Lead (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Inallmedia is looking for a senior Fullstack Engineer to lead technical initiatives for a global career insights platform. The role is fully remote, focused on LATAM time zones, and requires ownership of high‑impact SEO‑driven web features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end full‑stack features with minimal supervision.
• Write production‑grade code using React and TypeScript on the front‑end and Java with Spring Boot on the back‑end.
• Translate ambiguous marketing requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Estimate timelines, manage scope, and make trade‑offs in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead to keep delivery on track.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong focus on front‑end engineering with proven React and TypeScript expertise.
• Solid back‑end experience building services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, distributed team.
• Fluent English for daily verbal and written communication.
