About the role

Keeta is looking for a Commercial Manager to lead and develop a team of Commercial Executives covering the Tatuapé region and surrounding areas. You will drive acquisition of new restaurant partners while nurturing and growing existing accounts to ensure a robust, diverse, and competitive supply side.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Commercial Executives (hunters and farmers).
• Set individual and team KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and field ride‑alongs.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top commercial talent.
• Define and execute territory plans to penetrate the Tatuapé market.
• Identify high‑potential restaurant segments (independent, chains, dark kitchens).
• Oversee the full acquisition cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Ensure hunters meet weekly/monthly signing targets.
• Build strategies to increase order volume, promotion participation, and platform engagement.
• Monitor account health metrics and coordinate cross‑functionally with Operations and Marketing to resolve partner issues.
• Analyze competitive landscape and local market dynamics, identify whitespace opportunities, and report insights to regional leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing commercial or sales teams, preferably in marketplaces, food‑delivery, SaaS, or B2B services.
• Proven track record with both hunter and farmer team models.
• Data‑driven mindset comfortable with dashboards, CRM tools, and performance metrics.
