About the role

China Mobile International Limited (CMI) is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its presence in Brazil. Based in São Paulo, you will drive new partnerships with local companies, multinational corporations, and ISPs, contributing to the company’s revenue and market penetration goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and establish new business relationships with Brazilian enterprises, MNCs, and ISPs.
• Achieve annual revenue targets and business objectives set by the company.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase market share.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline for existing accounts and regional opportunities.
• Manage accounts, daily operations, and sales activities.
• Promote CMI products and solutions through workshops, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure solution fit, and establish support agreements.
• Provide post‑sale service, performance reviews, and process improvements to strengthen customer loyalty.
• Prepare sales performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with headquarters and other regions to maximize overall business performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in the telecommunications industry in Brazil.
• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian telecom market and strong relationships with local enterprises, MNCs, and ISPs.
• Excellent teamwork, motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
