About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead multiple HR sub‑functions, advise business unit leaders on the implementation of corporate HR policies, and act as a change agent to foster people development and organizational growth for Lenovo in Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Support and act as a change agent across HR areas such as Labor & Union Relations, Training, Recruitment, Communications and HR consulting.
• Ensure effective execution of HR processes including performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, development planning, competency assessment, employee engagement surveys, talent attraction & retention, and climate management.
• Promote people‑management policies aligned with Lenovo’s principles, values and Code of Conduct.
• Provide strategic HR consulting to business areas, ensuring compliance with global practices and Brazilian labor legislation.
• Guide managers to become effective organizational leaders, change agents and results‑driven professionals.
• Monitor sales team performance, advise Commercial Directors on performance management.
• Support negotiations with labor unions and oversee HR budget planning and control.
• Coordinate labor dispute activities, contribute to legal defenses, and develop preventive programs to mitigate labor risks.
• Maintain relationships with professional associations and HR groups to enhance the company’s reputation.
• Ensure proper use of Lenovo equipment and compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience partnering with business units on HR matters.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and global HR best practices.
• Ability to provide strategic HR consulting and act as a guardian of the Code of Conduct.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
