About the role

This senior finance leadership position is responsible for strategic financial planning across product categories, brands, and marketing investments in a multi‑brand consumer goods environment. You will act as a trusted partner to business and marketing leaders, translating financial insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth, profitability, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure financial viability and ROI analysis of new products and innovation pipelines across categories.
• Participate in approval committees for new launches, balancing growth strategy with margin and efficiency targets.
• Manage full P&L performance (GMV and end‑to‑end results) for multiple brands and categories.
• Oversee marketing investment governance and allocate budgets optimally across brands and initiatives.
• Lead ROI analysis of marketing campaigns and post‑mortem evaluations of innovation performance.
• Drive transformation from manual processes to automated financial models and self‑service dashboards.
• Establish governance routines, financial rituals, and performance‑management structures across teams.
• Support strategic financial adaptation related to tax reform and regulatory changes, translating impacts for non‑financial stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of corporate finance or FP&A experience in FMCG or similar multi‑category industries.
• Strong analytical ability combined with strategic vision and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven experience in P&L management, financial performance analysis, and ROI methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non‑financial audiences.
• Experience managing financial planning in complex organizational structures with multiple business units.
