Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Gather, document, and prioritize requirements or service expectations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to plan, execute, and improve solutions or services.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Facilitate communication between business, technical, and operational teams.

Required profile

• Advanced English for meetings, presentations, and user support.
• Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in an IT‑related field.
• Solid experience in IT systems and ongoing application monitoring.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• ServiceNow incident management tool.
• Other incident management tools for application support.
• IT systems knowledge and basic understanding of relevant technologies.
