Global Content Head

About the role

The Global Content Head will own and drive high‑impact initiatives across BRICS markets, translating emerging‑market trends into globally resonant brand narratives. This senior leader will shape the company’s content strategy, ensuring localisation, co‑production and original formats are both locally authentic and scalable worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of international content projects, including originals, co‑productions, adaptations and format localisation focused on BRICS countries.
• Ensure campaigns align with diverse regional socio‑economic landscapes, leveraging talent pools such as India’s animation/VFX sector and China/Brazil’s massive internet audiences.
• Build, manage and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams across international hubs, maintaining boutique‑level design quality at scale.
• Partner with commissioning, programming and creative teams to define content strategies that are globally resonant yet locally authentic.
• Evaluate content opportunities through cultural, creative and commercial lenses to drive green‑light decisions and prioritisation.
• Lead market entry and expansion initiatives, covering market assessment, relevance, localisation strategy and execution.
• Translate global vision into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones, KPIs and outcomes.
• Develop and manage relationships with studios, producers, distributors, platforms and strategic partners, and negotiate co‑production agreements.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in global content strategy or media production.
• Deep understanding of BRICS markets and emerging‑market consumer behaviour.
• Strong cross‑cultural communication and partnership‑building skills.
• Track record of launching successful international content initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into concrete execution plans.
