Global Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Global Key Account Manager to lead our key‑account team in Brazil. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, driving growth, and ensuring profitability across our most important chemical customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Key Account Managers to meet commercial targets.
• Define and execute growth strategies with full P&L ownership (sales, volume, profitability).
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, including cross‑selling and portfolio expansion.
• Coordinate initiatives with regional and international teams.
• Collaborate with strategic suppliers to enhance the value proposition.
• Ensure excellence in customer service and commercial execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science or a related field.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in the chemical sector.
• Proven track record leading commercial teams and managing key accounts.
• Strong results‑driven mindset with solid financial acumen.
• Excellent influencing, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
