Global Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Global Recruiter to join Airswift’s Rio de Janeiro office. The role focuses on delivering recruitment services for existing and new customers across the technology, construction and engineering sectors, working closely with senior consultants to source, screen and place candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates using job boards, social media, networking and internal databases.
• Review resumes, conduct phone interviews and assess candidates’ skills against client requirements.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles and insights.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
• Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing candidate data, preparing contracts or offers, and maintaining accurate records in the recruitment system.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and team members to meet recruitment targets and client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
• Fluent English – spoken and written.
• Strong drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated during slow periods.
• Eagerness to learn about the recruitment industry and develop a career in recruitment.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
