Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead organic marketing initiatives for a fast‑paced, fully remote team aligned with U.S. business hours. You will combine strategy and hands‑on execution across content, SEO, social media, and AI‑powered marketing operations to drive audience growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic growth strategies on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Create, manage, and optimize blogs, social posts, PR materials, and digital assets.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, and Claude to accelerate content creation and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with design and development teams on campaigns, landing pages, and website projects.
• Implement SEO tactics, conduct keyword research, manage backlink initiatives, and improve site visibility using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Surfer SEO.
• Monitor performance metrics with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Google Search Console.
• Coordinate execution and reporting across teams using project‑management and collaboration tools.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven efficiencies in marketing workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth, social media, or content marketing with a focus on organic acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
